WHAT WE OFFER?
Information and advice:
- We give information during the house searching, collecting in the press offers of apartments for rent and shared rooms.
- We give information about anything referred to the house renting and trading.
- We offer specialized juridical advising in renting (rights and responsabilities of both sides: contract types, deposit, payment actualization), trading (previous preventions, agreement signature, stages), mortgages (preventions, steps), and in all about the housing.
- We have different contract types for house and room renting, buy-sale contract, etc.
House for rent service:
- We check and make inventory of the apartments in stock before be offered to the young petitioners, who we accompany to visit the house.
- We design and supervise the rent contract, advising both sides about any question refering to the contract and the whole relationship.
- We offer for the homeowner, a free home hazard insurance and we guarantee the rent payment.
WHO HAVE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE STOCK?
Anyone who owns an apartment and wants to rent it.
The 18-35 aged people who reach the requirements:
- To have incomings in the period accorded for the rent, and, at least, these of one of the petitioners be 1.5 times the I.P.R.E.M..
- In case of lack of incomings, nor less incomings than 1,5 times the I.P.R.E.M. nor don't have it during the accorded period in the rent, can obtain access to stock if there are a RESPONSIBLE GUARANTOR (a guarantor for each one of the people that don't reach the specified requirement).
- The 30% of the total incomings will determine the maximum available rent, and it will be between the 25%-30%, depending on the employement status, total incomings, etc.
