HOW IT WORKS?
We offer, for the inmigrant population, home for rent from particular homeowners, mediating and informing about any question related with housing, for buy or rent, including specific juridical advising.
WHAT WE OFFER?
- We inspect and check the apartments in stock, previously to be offered to petitioners, who we accompany in the visit.
- We design and supervise the rent contract, advising both sides about any question refering to the contract and the whole relationship.
- We offer a free fhome hazard insurance to the homeowner and we guarantee the rent payment.
- We offer specialized juridical advising in rent for homeowners and tenants (rights and responsibilities of both sides; contract types, deposit, rent revision) and trading (previous preventions, agreement signature, stages).
- We have contract types for the house or room rent, and for the house trading.
- We watch over and mediate between the tenants and the homeowners of the houses in the Project.
WHO CAN ACCESS TO THE SERVICE?
Anyone who owns an apartment and wants to rent it.
Families or inmigrant groups who, being able to pay a rent, by theyr social and employment conditions, they are discriminated or have a difficult access to the rent market, and who reach the following requirements:
- Who have reasonable chances to satisfy the price of a rent, or who be sponsored or subsidized by someone or by an organization.
- Who by reasons of the job they do or by the nature of their incomings (home employees, eventual jobs, self-employed people...) can't probe to the owner,by a job contract, incomings enough to guarantee the rent payment.
- Who are seriously troubled to access these houses, due their difficulty to stablish a proper and effective relationship.
